ABOUT MY PRODUCTS
Belinda Bath Images artworks are all created using images copyrighted to Belinda Bath Images. Colours may vary slightly from those that you view on your computer, tablet or phone.

PAYMENT

PAYMENT IS REQUIRED BEFORE PRODUCTION COMMENCES.

Payments are preferred via direct deposit to a bank account in either Hong Kong (HSBC) or Australia (NAB) and details will be provided on the supplied invoice. Payments via PayPal are available on checkout from the online store and may be subject to a payment processing fee. Please contact me for details. Payment for custom and bespoke artworks is due immediately upon invoice.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Please choose carefully as there are NO refunds or exchange(s) once an order has gone to print.

Should you proceed with a custom artwork and decide not to go to print, a cancellation fee of HKD1,000 will apply to any custom artwork that has been designed, made to order and approved.  Your artwork has been made with great care to your specifications.

GUARANTEE

All prints are created using the Giclée printing process and UV resistant pigmented inks, allowing for superior colour matching. I print on the finest cotton canvas and Hahnemühle German etching paper.

All Belinda Bath Images artwork, whether on canvas or framed behind glass, should be hung in well-ventilated positions and out of direct sunlight.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are available electronically, and are redeemable against any ready to hang, custom or bespoke design. All gift cards are non-returnable and have a 12-month expiry period. Please contact me directly.

PRIVACY POLICY

I collect the information you provide to process orders placed. However, I do not share any of your information with anybody, ever. My complete Privacy Policy can be read here.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED

All shipments are dispatched via courier in Hong Kong and via TNT Express internationally, are tracked with an air waybill number and require a signature on delivery.

You are responsible for accepting your order delivery. Belinda Bath Images is not responsible for additional shipping fees if you are not available to receive your package.

DAMAGE

Despite my very best efforts to prevent it, items are occasionally (but rarely!) damaged during shipping. Should this happen it is important that you take photographs of the damage and advise me immediately.
