LEAD TIME
All Belinda Bath Images prints and artworks are printed to order. Lead time varies according to the print surface and whether framing is required. All orders are shipped complete i.e. if you order a single print and a custom piece, they will be shipped together unless other arrangements are requested. Should you need to process an order urgently please contact me and I will confirm whether the timing is possible.

SHIPPING/DELIVERIES WITHIN HONG KONG

CANVASES - generally take 1 week from order to shipping. Deliveries within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories will be made to your door via courier. Delivery to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories, Discovery Bay and outlying islands will be made to your door via courier, for the sum of HKD250 which is added to your cart for online orders and to your invoice for custom and bespoke orders.

FRAMED MONTAGE PRINTS ON GERMAN ETCHING WATERCOLOUR PAPER

It will generally take 3 weeks from order to delivery.  Delivery to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories, Discovery Bay and outlying islands will be made to your door via courier, for the sum of HKD250 which is added to your cart for online orders and to your invoice for custom and bespoke orders.

Please note that shipping costs are processed at the time of purchase; do not pay any additional fee whatsoever to the delivery driver. (even if they ask). The delivery cost is included in the invoice and all payments are to be made directly to ‘Belinda Bath’ per instructions on the invoice.

SHIPPING/DELIVERIES OUTSIDE HONG KONG

All prints and canvases sent to another country from Hong Kong need to be sent unframed and rolled.  The cost of sending fully framed prints and canvases is too high and there is risk of damage.  It is therefore up to the customer to arrange framing when shipping outside of Hong Kong.  Framing guidance and images to assist in the framing process can be provided upon request. An option is for the dismantled wooden stretcher frame to be included with the rolled print. This is on request.

All shipments are dispatched via TNT Express, are tracked with an air waybill number and require a signature on delivery.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and size of the artwork and are calculated automatically during checkout from the online shop. Custom and bespoke orders will receive a shipping quotation prior to completion of the order.

Any customs charges or duty applied in the country of delivery are beyond the control of Belinda Bath Images and as such we are not liable for any additional costs incurred.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

We will send an email notification with local or TNT Express tracking information once your order has shipped.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED

All shipments are dispatched via courier in Hong Kong and via TNT Express internationally, are tracked with an air waybill number and require a signature on delivery.

You are responsible for accepting your order delivery. Belinda Bath Images is not responsible for additional shipping fees if you are not available to receive your package.

TAX

No tax is payable on any Belinda Bath Images orders placed through the online shop.

DAMAGE

Despite our very best efforts to prevent it, items are occasionally (but rarely!) damaged during shipping. Should this happen it is important that you take photographs of the damage and advise us immediately.

PICK-UP OF ORDERS

We do not currently facilitate a pick-up option.
